Our objective is to design the coaching approach that most effectively helps you reach your goals, taking into consideration your specific needs, schedule, location, and the communication medium with which you’re most comfortable.
Coaching Options
One-on-One:
When possible, one-on-one in-person coaching can be an extremely effective manner because it enhances the communication between coach and client, and creates a greater familiarity and comfort level. In-person coaching is often supplemented by phone calls or email, as necessary.
Group Coaching:
Group sessions will provide you with structure, feedback and support by interacting with your peers in a group setting. You will gain insight from identifying with other participants in a variety of areas that are addressed in each session. You will apply coaching techniques toward your own personal goals while supporting and be supported by others. Groups are limited to a maximum of 5 individuals.
Phone:
Coaching by phone is an extremely common, effective and convenient coaching arrangement. This approach transcends any geographic obstacles and allows us to work together as necessary, creating a practical schedule of either one or two phone sessions per week. Phone coaching can sometimes be supplemented with email interaction.
Email:
The email coaching approach is generally a supplement to personalized telephone sessions. This medium is favored by many clients who feel most comfortable expressing feelings and issues in writing, as well as a convenient way to inform the coach of their availability.

Coaching Programs:
Together, we will design a program to fit your specific needs, objectives and schedule. Some examples of our programs are comprised of:
- 6 months... one session per week
- 3 months... two sessions per week
- 1 month... intensified (short-term goal-oriented)
- Design our own program
