My name is James and helping you make radical improvements in your life is my focus.  I have been motivating men and women for the past 20 years helping them to identify and take action toward achieving their goals.  As a life coach my mission is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.

My focus is to support and guide my clients to initiate action toward thier goals. Together we will look to capitalize on your strengths in order to achieve results. I will provide you with the structure, feedback and support to reach your highest potential. Over the years, I have worked with thousands of men and women in recreating their lives both personally and professionally. I have held workshops for NYU, C.W. Post and The Real Estate Board of New York. I have been on faculty at C.W. Post, Adelphi University and The American Academy of Dramatic Arts

I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational development with Certification in Leadership coaching and team building from the George Washington University, as well as a B.A. in Communications and Sociology from Tulane University. I am a member of the International Coaches Federation.
